This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information through our website, contact forms, support workflows, and hosted software services.
When we process protected health information ("PHI") for a customer, we do so as a business associate under the applicable Business Associate Agreement ("BAA") and customer instructions. This Privacy Policy does not replace any BAA, services agreement, or customer-specific data handling obligation.

PHI and Customer Data
Customer data and PHI are used only to provide contracted services, as permitted by the applicable agreement, BAA, customer instructions, and law. We do not sell PHI. We do not use PHI for advertising. Access to customer data is limited to authorized personnel and systems with a business need, and customer environments are designed around role- and location-scoped access.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, satisfy contractual requirements, support audit and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain operational integrity, unless a different retention period is required by agreement or law.
